  • Bounce rate yesterday < 3%
    All lights green; no alerts.

Review metrics (2 min)

  • Opens, replies, positives in Airtable Dashboard - Spot dips > 20% day-over-day
    KPIs within normal range.

Triage replies (1–2 min)

  • Check AI classifications - Book inspections, assign owners, set follow-ups
    All Positive/Referral replies handled.

Verify sending (1 min)

  • Sequences active; limits not exceeded
  • Routing/forwarding works (spot test if needed)
    Sending shows Active; test mail received by sales.
If any KPI is red, pause the affected campaign and go to Fix → Performance problems.
