# Step 4 — Launch

> Turn on sequences safely and confirm replies route to sales.

## Prerequisites

* Warmup complete for all inboxes
* Sequences loaded and limits set

    - Check warmup dashboard for each inbox.
      <Check>All inboxes show Ready/Completed.</Check>

  <Step title="Turn on sequences">
    * Enable sequences for assigned campaigns. - Start with conservative caps.
      <Warning>Never jump limits abruptly; ramp weekly.</Warning>
      <Check>Sending shows Active with no errors.</Check>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Verify reply routing">
    * Send a test email and reply.
    * Confirm forwarding reaches the right rep.
      <Check>Test reply appears in the sales inbox and Airtable log.</Check>

## What success looks like

* Sends occurring daily within limits
* Bounce rate \< 3%
* Positive replies logged and assigned
