# Daily checklist

> A 5‑minute routine to keep sending safe and leads flowing.

    * SPF/DKIM/DMARC green in your dashboard
    * Bounce rate yesterday \< 3%
      <Check>All lights green; no alerts.</Check>

  <Step title="Review metrics (2 min)">
    * Opens, replies, positives in Airtable Dashboard - Spot dips > 20% day-over-day
      <Check>KPIs within normal range.</Check>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Triage replies (1–2 min)">
    * Check AI classifications - Book inspections, assign owners, set follow-ups
      <Check>All Positive/Referral replies handled.</Check>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Verify sending (1 min)">
    * Sequences active; limits not exceeded
    * Routing/forwarding works (spot test if needed)
      <Check>Sending shows Active; test mail received by sales.</Check>
